Precast Manager

Precast and GRC Technical Expert who can independently lead the setup, commissioning, and optimization of new production lines for GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) and precast architectural/structural products. The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of production processes, materials, moulds, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and commission GRC and precast production lines independently
• Define technical processes, mix designs, equipment requirements, and production layouts
• Establish and document SOPs, QA/QC protocols, and batch-wise records
• Train and mentor plant teams in correct production, curing, and finishing techniques
• Evaluate and recommend machinery, moulds, and automation options
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure consistency in output quality
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
