Production:

• Establishing precast facility as per schedule in co-ordination with Construction Methods Planning team.

• Preparing production schedule based on construction schedule.

• Guidingprecaststaff,monitoringand ensuring production to achieve target number ofprecastelements.

• Workoutlogistics, arranging and managingmanpowerfor smooth functioning of yard.

• Interfacing with MEP & Finishing team for embedment inprecast.

• Ensuring reconciliation of material as per agreed quantity.

• Ensuring ACE provision forprecastworks.

• Monitoring safety and qualityat yard.

Erection:

• Preparing erection schedule based on units to be handed over.

• Ensuring stock of precast elements as per the requirement.

• Ensuring erection ofprecastpanels as per standard practices.

• Optimizing Plant & Machineryatsite.

• Monitoring safety and quality during erection ofprecastelements at site.

• Resolving technical issues in coordination with design team, planning team, CMPC and client's representative.

• Interfacing with finishing team to ensure smooth handing over.

• Handingover ofunits as per the schedule.
