Job Description: As a Sr Analyst / UW / Sr UW in our company, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Pre-Underwriting, US Mortgage Origination, Underwriting, and Pre-Purchase Review. Your primary role will involve assessing risk factors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and making informed decisions on loan approvals. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the mentioned skill sets to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Pre-Underwriting assessments to evaluate loan applications - Handle US Mortgage Origination process efficiently - Perform Underwriting tasks with precision and attention to detail - Conduct Pre-Purchase Reviews to assess property valuations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Underwriting, US Mortgage Origination, Underwriting, and Pre-Purchase Review - Proficient in analyzing financial documents and assessing risk factors - Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Please note that the work location for this position is Chennai WFO, and you should be willing to work flexible night shifts.
