Pre-Sales:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow up on leads, and generate interest.
• Explain project details to prospective clients and schedule meetings/site visits.
• Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions.

Sales:

• Conduct site visits with clients and present property features.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory with strong sales experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Pre-Sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate.
