Job Description: Pre -Sales Representative Company: Ginger Media Group Location: Bangalore, India Job Summary: As a Pre-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so a positive and professional demeanour is essential. Key Responsibilities: β Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently answer incoming calls, understand client needs, and provide accurate information. β Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as budget, decision-making authority, and interest level. β Sales Process: Guide potential clients through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns. β Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
