Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector, based in Coimbatore. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing client interactions, responding to inquiries, and providing detailed information about properties and services. Daily tasks include engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, assisting in property visits, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to sales-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries or concerns
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support the sales process, recognize opportunities, and drive conversions
• Experience in Training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to meet organizational goals
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Coimbatore is an advantage
• Relevant experience in sales or pre-sales roles is preferred
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years experience
