Location: 328, Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, sec. 19, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Salary: ₹20,000/month + ₹5,000 Performance Incentive Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up with warm leads—individuals who have registered for and attended our webinars. Qualify leads and understand their interest and requirements. Schedule meetings between the leads and the sales team. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools. Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Requirements: Excellent communication skill in both Hindi and English and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making high volumes of calls each day. Self-motivated and target-driven. Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or inside sales is a plus. Proficiency in basic computer skills.
