Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Engineer Intern for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Building Management System (BMS) solutions team, you will be assisting in preparing system designs, technical proposals, and pre-sales documentation. This role will give you hands-on exposure to smart building technologies and integrated system solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team and gain valuable experience in the field of technology and smart infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Design and estimate ELV/BMS solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Networking Systems, HVAC, Lighting, and Energy Management. - Assist in preparing technical proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, and system architecture diagrams. - Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. - Participate in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. - Conduct competitive research to keep the team updated on new technologies, products, and market trends. - Support documentation and RFP/RFQ responses for upcoming projects by working closely with vendors and suppliers to gather technical data sheets, pricing, and specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree (or final year student) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines. - Fresher or 01 year of relevant exposure (internship or academic project experience preferred). Skills & Competency: - Basic understanding of ELV systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) concepts. - Familiarity with AutoCAD, Visio, and MS Office tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and technical writing abilities. - Enthusiasm to learn about integrated building technologies and smart systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
