Role Description

This is a part-time remote role.

As a Pre-Sales Assistant at The Colorist, you will be the first point of connection with potential clients. Your role is to ensure that every inquiry is met with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, is organized, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients via WhatsApp.
• Share service details and answer queries
• Maintain lead records and follow up systematically.
• Support smooth onboarding by coordinating with the founder and styling team.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-ups.
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business).
• Ability to handle client conversations with warmth and professionalism.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or Maketing.
• Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support.
• Fluent in Hindi and/or Tamil.
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal branding.
