Pre Sales and Solutioning Engineer

Role Overview: As a Solution Design Lead at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in building pipeline by effectively understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create winning solutions leveraging the capabilities within D&OP for the client. Your primary focus will be on leading enterprise transformation solution design for both proactive and reactive opportunities, with a key emphasis on transformation technologies such as RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Cloud, IoT, and Blockchain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise transformation solution design for proactive and reactive opportunities, interacting with multiple stakeholders and focusing on transformation technologies like RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Cloud, IOT, Block Chain, with primary emphasis on AI/ML. - Respond to RFI/RFP by understanding client requirements, identifying potential opportunity areas, showcasing Wipro's capabilities and propositions as differentiators. - Develop compelling solutions including Commercials, Business Case, and ROI to present a strong value proposition. - Drive innovation within the proposals team to enhance the impact of proposals. - Collaborate with third-party vendors to communicate requirements and negotiate the best quote. - Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in painting a vision, storytelling around Enterprise Transformation proposition, and aligning it with the customer scenario. - Stay updated on emerging technology trends that could impact customers and the organization. - Ability to manage the solution end-to-end with all technology components and stakeholders such as sales, operations, etc. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in solution design and enterprise transformation. - Strong understanding of transformation technologies like RPA, BPM, AI, ML, Cloud, IoT, and Blockchain. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to innovate and think creatively to develop impactful solutions. - Awareness of market trends and technological developments. - Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
