Pre-Primary Vice Principal

Curriculum and Instruction:· Should assist in the development and implementation of pre-primary curriculum aligned with ICSE standards. · Support teachers in creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans. · Observe and provide feedback on teaching practices. · Ensure the effective delivery of educational programs. · Staff Management and Development:· Supervise and mentor pre-primary teachers and staff. · Organize and conduct professional development for the pre-primary team. · Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback. · Student Welfare and Discipline:· Monitor student behavior and address any disciplinary issues. · Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students. · Handle student-related concerns and communicate with parents as needed. · Administrative Duties:· Assist the Principal in daily school operations. · Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth functioning. · Maintain records and documentation related to the pre-primary section. · Parent Communication:· Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and school activities. · Address parent concerns and inquiry related to the pre-primary section. · School Culture and Environment:· Promote a positive and inclusive school culture. · Foster a sense of community and belonging among students and staff. · Encourage student engagement and motivation.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
