Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students.
• Create a nurturing and safe learning environment for young children.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Incorporate play-based learning and hands-on activities in the curriculum.
• Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through various teaching methods.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to support children's learning and development.
• Maintain classroom organization and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in teaching pre-primary or kindergarten level.
• Strong understanding of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning materials.
• Patience and adaptability in dealing with young children.
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and assessment tools.
