Pre- Primary Teacher

Job Overview:
The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for nurturing the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of young children. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment through play-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Use creative teaching methods to support early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Assess and document children’s progress and share feedback with parents.
• Encourage good manners, discipline, and social interaction among students.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / NTT / Montessori / ECCE or equivalent.
• Minimum experience of 1–3 years in pre-primary or kindergarten teaching preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education.
• Classroom management and child observation skills.
