Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate must have completed Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or a recognized Montessori certification, with a strong understanding of child development, early learning pedagogy, and classroom management. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young children aged 2.5 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with early childhood learning objectives.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Use play-based and experiential learning methods to engage young learners.
• Observe and assess children's development and maintain records of progress.
• Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Collaborate with parents through regular communication and parent-teacher meetings.
• Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and celebrations.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and follow school health and safety protocols.
• Encourage creativity, expression, and confidence through stories, music, arts, and interactive activities.

Requirements:

• NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Training Certification – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or any relevant field (preferred)
• Proven experience working with pre-primary children (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for children
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills
• Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital tools for early learning (an advantage)
