Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves educating students in fundamental subjects while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their growth. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure a collaborative educational experience. Manage classroom behaviour through effective behaviour management strategies, promoting respect and responsibility among students. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Proficient in behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment. Ability to educate and inspire young learners, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, classroom activities, and student assessments efficiently.
