Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, incorporating Montessori methods and curriculum development principles.
Develop and maintain a nurturing environment that promotes child development, social skills, and emotional intelligence.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to teaching and learning.
Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in early childhood education or related field (preferably).
Strong knowledge of phonics concepts for effective reading instruction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; excellent communication skills essential.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BA) or equivalent qualification required; Nursery Teacher Training certification preferred.
