Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children aged 2-6 years old.
Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students.
Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess program effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in pre-primary education or related field (nursery/preschool).
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with young children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
