Pre-Primary Teacher

As a compassionate and enthusiastic individual with a background in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd), you will play a vital role in nurturing the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young children within a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to foster holistic development, creating a safe and fun classroom environment that promotes curiosity and creativity, utilizing play-based learning techniques to teach foundational concepts, monitoring children's progress and maintaining regular communication with parents, ensuring classroom discipline and hygiene in accordance with school policies, actively participating in school functions, events, and parent-teacher meetings, as well as collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to support student needs and curriculum planning. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd) from a recognized institute, with prior experience in a pre-primary or early years classroom being advantageous. Excellent communication and classroom management skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for teaching and interacting with young children. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude will greatly contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our school.
