We are looking for a passionate, creative Preschool/KG Facilitator to join The Paper Clay, our Early Life Skills Centre for children aged 3 to 6 years. Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.The applicant must have strong fluency in English and at least basic Malayalam to communicate comfortably with children and parents. The ideal candidate genuinely loves working with young children, is patient and nurturing and is willing to think out of the box, take part in lesson-plan development and bring creative ideas to the classroom. A degree in early childhood education is not mandatory, we will train the facilitator in our approach. What matters most is strong communication, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, flexibility and a true passion for helping children explore, grow and develop essential life skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
