Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should love working with young children, have patience, and be able to create a nurturing and interactive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging activities to develop motor skills, language, numeracy, and social skills.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Use play-based learning to encourage creativity and curiosity.
• Communicate effectively with parents about student progress and activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline in a caring and encouraging manner.
• Prepare teaching aids and ensure a stimulating classroom setup.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (B.Ed./NTT/ECCE diploma preferred).
• Previous experience in pre-primary/early childhood teaching will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Energetic, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
