Job Overview:

We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher (Female) to join our team at a reputed preschool in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The candidate should have strong knowledge of early childhood education and Montessori teaching methods, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners in a joyful, caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on Montessori and early childhood principles
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Observe and assess each child’s development and provide feedback to parents regularly
• Encourage curiosity, independence, and love for learning among children
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and order in the classroom
• Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in school events, workshops, and meetings
• Ensure child safety and adhere to school policies and guidelines

Requirements:

• Montessori Teacher Training (MTT) certification is mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in pre-primary or Montessori teaching
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus
• Patient, creative, caring, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young children
• Only female candidates will be considered for this role
• Passionate about early childhood development and education
