As a Pre-Primary Vice Principal, you will play a crucial role in managing the pre-primary section with a focus on child-centered and developmentally appropriate teaching and learning processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Principal in overseeing the pre-primary section to ensure it aligns with these principles. - Managing the daily operations of pre-primary classrooms, ensuring all teachers and staff are effectively fulfilling their duties. - Mentoring and providing professional development opportunities for teaching staff. - Engaging with parents, addressing their concerns, and organizing regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss children's progress. - Ensuring compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety protocols within the pre-primary section. - Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: **Educational Qualifications:** - Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Education, or related fields.
