Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead the early years program at our CBSE/Cambridge residential school. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum planning, teacher training, classroom management, and parent communication to ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor age-appropriate CBSE/Cambridge curriculum
• Guide and support pre-primary teachers
• Ensure safe, joyful, and child-friendly classrooms
• Coordinate assessments and parent interactions
• Organize events and activities for holistic development

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with ECCE or Montessori/D.El.Ed/B.Ed
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willing to stay on campus (residential position)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
