The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum planning, teacher training, classroom management, and parent communication to ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor age-appropriate CBSE/Cambridge curriculum Guide and support pre-primary teachers Ensure safe, joyful, and child-friendly classrooms Coordinate assessments and parent interactions Organize events and activities for holistic development Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with ECCE or Montessori/D.El.Ed/B.Ed Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, with leadership experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Willing to stay on campus (residential position) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
