Pre/ Post Order Design

Role Overview: As an Industrial Automation professional, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and propose suitable storage and handling solutions. You will be involved in solution conceptualization, preparation of project drawings, and Bill of Materials. It is essential to ensure response time in line with the Service Level Agreement. Your knowledge of sheet metal and related manufacturing processes will be crucial, along with the ability to work in 3D modeling software for preparing manufacturing drawings. You will also be expected to create high-fidelity prototypes and validate them according to various international standards, as well as work in an ERP system to improve operations and the work environment through Kaizen. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and propose suitable storage and handling solutions - Conceptualize solutions and prepare project drawings and Bill of Materials - Ensure response time aligns with the SLA - Utilize knowledge of sheet metal and related manufacturing processes - Work in 3D modeling software to prepare manufacturing drawings - Create high-fidelity prototypes and validate them based on international standards - Utilize ERP system to improve operations through Kaizen Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering - Essential: 2 years of work experience for a degree in Engineering - Preferred: Experience in the design of industrial products such as storage and material handling equipment Additional Details: The incumbent should have proficiency in 3D modeling and creating manufacturing drawings, as well as expertise in AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with conceptualization and collaboration abilities, are also necessary for this role. Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Creo will be advantageous.,
