Pre-Opening General Manager

The General Manager will provide the required leadership to ensure the successful opening of the first ASAI hotel in Malaysia, monitor day-to-day operations, execute the hotel's business plan and direction to maximize profitability as per set targets and budgets, and inspire the teams to achieve its missions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for lifestyle hotels, combined with a very hands-on attitude to drive, mentor, and develop a young and talented team towards operational excellence and sustainable success.

Candidate Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in hotel management with pre-opening experience
• Knowledgeable and proven achievement in key hotel operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
• Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
