Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Pray sincerely and consistently for the prayer requests received through calls, letters, emails, or walk-ins.
Maintain a strong personal prayer life and devotion to ensure spiritual preparedness.
Intercede daily for the ministry, staff, partners, and global needs as directed by the leadership.
Participate in regular fasting and prayer sessions, special prayer meetings, and night prayers.
Maintain confidentiality of all prayer requests and ministry information.
Record prayer reports, testimonies, and answered prayers as required.
Support ministry events by leading or joining corporate prayer times.
Uphold a Christ-like attitude and encourage faith among those seeking prayer.
Be sensitive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit while praying for others.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Born-again believer with a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Sound knowledge of the Bible and spiritual maturity.
Passionate about prayer, intercession, and compassion for people’s needs.
Ability to pray fluently and effectively in English and/or regional languages.
Good communication and listening skills.
Must maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Previous experience in prayer ministry or related Christian service is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
