Your role at Prayasta will involve designing and developing intricate 3D models for medical device components and systems. You will utilize advanced 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo to create detailed designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for prototyping using additive manufacturing technologies, conducting simulations and analysis to validate designs, ensuring regulatory compliance with medical device standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of mechanical designs with other system components. Key Responsibilities: 3D Modelling and Design: Utilize advanced 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo) to design and develop detailed models of medical device components and systems. Prototyping and Simulation: Create prototypes using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies. Conduct simulations and analysis (FEA, CFD) to test and validate designs. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs comply with relevant medical device regulations and standards, including ISO 13485, FDA guidelines, and CE marking requirements.
