This role blends creative writing with structural editing, requiring both a storyteller’s imagination and an editor’s precision. You will be working on a freelance, milestone-based engagement. Each project will demand timely and polished submissions, with all content owned by the platform. What We’re Looking For: Strong command over Malayalam language. Sharp editing and rewriting skills tailored for audio formats. Prior experience in fiction writing , serialized storytelling, or adaptation work. Ability to interpret creative briefs and align with editorial direction. Highly reliable, self-disciplined, and deadline-oriented. Comfortable with restructuring narratives and enhancing emotional beats. Responsibilities: Adapt stories into long-format serialized narratives while preserving continuity and character depth. Edit and rewrite for spelling, grammar, flow, and readability—tailored for audio consumption. Restructure narratives by adding/removing arcs, characters, or scenes to improve listener engagement. Enhance emotional pacing, dialogue, and tension to create compelling episode arcs. Deliver clean, final drafts ready for recording, with no further edits required. Consistently meet strict milestone-based deadlines with high-quality output. Write promotional content for the stories. What we offer: Engagement Type: Freelance Location: Remote.
