Role & responsibilities - Position: Sales Engineer - Education must be Mech or Civil Engineering background - Experience at least 2 Years in Selling Construction based products in INFRA PROJECTS - Candidate can be both Gender Male or Female - He or She may be multi lingual but good fluence in English, Hindi & regional language as per the location. - He or She will be reporting to the KAM on day-to-day activities - Must posses own Two Wheeler to move around the offices, sites of customers
Role & responsibilities 1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned Key Accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as the main point of contact for the assigned Key Accounts and serve as their advocate within the company. Build long-term partnerships by understanding Key Account's strategic goals and aligning company solutions to support them. 2. Strategic Account Planning: Create tailored account strategies for each key account, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling Work closely with Customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, offering solutions and recommendations. Monitor Customers performance and satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution of any issues. 3. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive the Sales, Order booking growth within key accounts by identifying new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to increase the lifetime value of Customers through value added services and Project Support. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals for key accounts. 4. Account Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, product, and operations) to deliver exceptional service and ensure client needs are met. Coordinate and lead regular meetings with clients to review account performance and ensure continuous alignment with business goals. 5. Reporting and Performance Metrics: Track and report on key account performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the status of key accounts and opportunities for improvement. 6. Problem Resolution and Negotiation: Proactively address client concerns, providing effective solutions and ensuring the resolution of any issues in a timely and professional manner. Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with the company's policies. 7. Market Intelligence and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions. Share relevant market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to help refine products or services.
