Core Responsibilities

• Proposal Development:

   Preparing and submitting detailed technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and cost estimates for project bidding.

• Client Requirements Analysis:

   Reviewing client Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and inquiry documents to identify specifications, clarifications, and potential deviations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   Coordinating with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to gather necessary inputs, such as technical data, Bills of Materials (BOM), and costing for accurate budgeting.

• Technical Documentation:

   Creating detailed documentation, including method statements, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and equipment layouts.

• Drafting & Design:

   Utilising AutoCAD for developing equipment detailing, layout drafting, and structural hoppers.

• Client Relationship Management:

   Maintaining communication with stakeholders and potentially participating in bid negotiations or clarification meetings. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

   A Bachelor's degree in a related field is typically preferred for environmental projects.

• Technical Expertise:

   Proficiency in water treatment concepts (STP, WTP, RO, ZLD) and AutoCAD for drafting.

• Communication:

   Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into clear proposals.

• Software Proficiency:

   Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and estimation software
