Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups. Support HR activities such as onboarding and employee engagement. Work on sales initiatives to pitch company services to potential clients. Generate leads and acquire new clients through networking, cold outreach, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Maintain professional communication with existing and prospective clients. Contribute to the preparation of recruitment and sales reports. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
