As a Practice Head Solution Architect specializing in Snowflake, Data & AI, and Microsoft technologies, your role will involve driving practice growth, leading solution design, managing pre-sales, and delivering high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and growing the Snowflake, Data & AI, and Microsoft practice, ensuring capability development and service excellence. - Partnering with Sales & Pre-Sales teams to define solution offerings, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and design winning proposals. - Providing end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale cloud, data, and AI transformation projects. - Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft ecosystem, and modern data/AI platforms. - Building strategic partnerships with Microsoft and Snowflake for joint GTM initiatives. - Mentoring and guiding architects, engineers, and consultants to strengthen the practice. - Owning P&L responsibility for the practice, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. - Staying ahead of emerging trends in cloud, AI, and data modernization to shape innovative solutions. To excel in this role, you should have: - 15+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years in solution architecture. - Strong expertise in Snowflake (data warehousing, performance optimization, security, integrations). - Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem - Azure Data Services, Power BI, Synapse, Fabric, and related tools. - Proven experience in AI/ML solutioning and enterprise-scale data platforms. - Track record in pre-sales, solution design, and client advisory engagements. - Experience in building and leading practices/CoEs. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of industry best practices for cloud, data, and AI transformation. Preferred qualifications include: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure Data Engineer. - SnowPro Advanced Architect Certification. - Exposure to Databricks, AWS, or Google Cloud data platforms. - MBA or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
