Role Overview: You are sought after to be the visionary AI Practice Head at Pratiti Technologies. Your role will require a solid foundation in Data Science and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence domains like Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and lead the AI Practice, collaborate with clients to address intricate business problems using AI, and position Pratiti as a reputable authority in the AI sector. Key Responsibilities: - Practice Leadership: Craft the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Practice in accordance with organizational objectives. - Customer Engagement: Collaborate with CXOs, business executives, and technology experts to comprehend business hurdles and suggest AI-powered resolutions. - Solutioning & Delivery: Transform business challenges into AI/ML solution blueprints, proofs-of-concept, and comprehensive deployments. - Thought Leadership: Represent Pratiti in seminars, online seminars, and publications; advocate for AI-powered revolution within targeted industries. - Team Development: Establish, guide, and nurture a top-notch AI & Data Science team, nurturing innovation and distinction. - Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to shape AI solution portfolios and bolster business expansion. - Innovation: Keep abreast of evolving AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and convert them into customer value propositions. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of overall experience in technology, with a minimum of 6-8 years in AI/ML/Data Science leadership capacities. - Robust educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines (Masters/PhD preferred). - Demonstrated proficiency in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced analytics. - Proven track record in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing AI solutions across various sectors such as Manufacturing, Energy, Real Estate, BFSI, and Pharma. - Experience in establishing and overseeing AI practices, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), or sizable AI solution teams. - Strong consulting and communication aptitudes, able to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. - Publications, patents, or distinguished contributions in the AI realm would be advantageous.
