Practice Head Artificial Intelligence (AI)

As a visionary AI Practice Head at Pratiti Technologies, you will be leading the AI Practice by defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. Your role will involve engaging with customers to understand their business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions. You will also be responsible for translating business problems into AI/ML solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations. Additionally, you will represent Pratiti in conferences, webinars, and publications to evangelize AI-driven transformation within target industries. Key Responsibilities: - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Practice in alignment with company goals. - Partner with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions. - Translate business problems into AI/ML solution architectures, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations. - Represent Pratiti in conferences, webinars, and publications; evangelize AI-driven transformation within target industries. - Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing AI & Data Science team, fostering innovation and excellence. - Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to create AI solution offerings and support business growth. - Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices, and translate them into customer value propositions. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of total experience in technology, with at least 6 years in AI/ML/Data Science leadership roles. - Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields (Masters/PhD preferred). - Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced analytics. - Experience in building and managing AI practices, CoEs, or large AI solution teams. - Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. - Publications, patents, or recognized contributions in the AI field will be a plus.,
