We are looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and building a performance-driven culture. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be working closely with the leadership team. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Source, screen, and onboard skilled manpower across departments — from floor staff to mid-level management. Workforce Planning: Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and plan hiring accordingly. Attendance & Payroll Management: Ensure smooth attendance tracking, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labour laws, factory compliance, ESI/PF, and other statutory requirements. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, provide feedback mechanisms, and support employee growth. Industrial Relations: Act as a bridge between workers and management to maintain a harmonious workplace. Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives that improve morale, reduce attrition, and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain CCTV camera systems across the premises Ensure smooth functioning of LAN networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity Handle setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and hardware equipment Maintain and support the face scan attendance machine, ensuring accurate and uninterrupted performance Diagnose and resolve technical issues faced by office staff related to systems or software Coordinate with the external computer support agency for escalated problems or major repairs Maintain records of system issues and resolutions for accountability and follow-ups Ensure all systems are operating efficiently to avoid downtime during business hours

Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping related to production and sales. Coordinate with internal teams (production, accounts, sales) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain client databases, purchase orders, and invoices. Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and daily operational summaries. Manage follow-ups with vendors and clients over phone/email. Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Executive Assistant / Secretary to support senior management in handling documents, communication, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Read, review, and summarize documents, agreements, and reports for management. Draft and prepare correspondence, notes, and meeting summaries. Maintain confidential files, contracts, and business records. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management. Follow up with internal teams and external partners on pending matters. Provide administrative support for presentations, reports, and daily tasks. Ensure timely communication and smooth information flow to management. Requirements: Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/English or related field. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong skills in reading comprehension, summarization, and drafting. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Prior experience as EA/Secretary will be preferred.
