Job Summary:
Ciferon is looking for a Retention and Feedback Coordinator/ Representative to help our clients successfully use and stay engaged with our software. You’ll focus on maintaining good relationships with customers, solving their problems, and encouraging them to explore more features of Ciferon’s software.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Retain Clients: Make sure clients continue using Ciferon’s software by addressing their needs and solving any problems.
2. Promote Software: Educate clients on the software’s features and encourage them to upgrade or use additional services.
3. Gather Feedback: Listen to client feedback and find ways to improve Ciferon’s software based on their suggestions.
4. Resolve Issues: Help clients with any concerns they have, ensuring quick solutions with support from the team.
5. Build Relationships: Stay in touch with clients regularly, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
6. Track Success: Monitor how clients are using the software and report on their satisfaction and product adoption.
7. Engage Clients: Run programs like loyalty rewards or special offers to keep clients happy and engaged.
8. Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to make sure clients have a great experience with Ciferon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
