PR Account Manager

You will be joining Bloomingdale Public Relations, a strategic storytelling agency based in Mumbai with a growing presence in India, Southeast Asia, and the GCC. As a PR professional, you will have the opportunity to work with leading Indian and international brands in sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, corporate, and emerging technologies. Your role will involve crafting high-impact narratives, driving tailored communication strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and media stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and sustain deep, consultative relationships with clients in sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, defence, telecommunications, technology, logistics, and e-commerce. - Act as the key point of contact, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering exceptional service standards. - **Strategic Counsel & Messaging:** - Collaborate with clients to craft nuanced messaging and positioning that reflects their brand ethos and resonates with target audiences. - **Content Development:** - Lead the creation of impactful content including press releases, articles, thought leadership pieces, and tailored pitch notes for premium media platforms. - **Media Relations:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media stakeholders across various publications. - Proactively pitch stories and secure meaningful media coverage. - **Media Monitoring & Insights:** - Monitor media narratives and industry trends relevant to client sectors. - Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on comprehensive media tracking. - **Reporting & Analytics:** - Deliver structured reports on media performance, coverage quality, and competitive benchmarking tailored to client expectations. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - A client-centric, solution-oriented mindset with proactive client servicing. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into accessible narratives. - Experience in managing PR mandates across lifestyle, luxury, corporate, or tech sectors. - Strong media network and understanding of Indian and international media landscapes. - Creative thinking and adaptability to evolving client needs and industry shifts. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Research, or a related domain.
