Job Summary: We are looking for per-packet delivery riders to join our team at TATA 1MG . As a delivery partner, you will be responsible for delivering medicines to customers efficiently while ensuring excellent service. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer flexible working hours and enjoy independent work. Key Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver medicines to customers within the assigned area. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions and submit collected payments as per company policy. Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process. Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while riding. Requirements: Documents Required: Valid Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, PAN Card/Cancelled Cheque. Vehicle: Must have a reliable two-wheeler in good working condition. Smartphone: Android mobile required for order tracking and communication. Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers. Working Hours: A 9-hour work shift is mandatory. Must be available during peak hours (morning & evening). Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required. Earnings & Benefits: Earn up to 60,000 per month with a minimum guaranteed earning of 20,000. Higher earnings during weekends. More orders = more earnings! Choose your preferred work location in Gurgaon. Order weight will be less than 500 gm, making deliveries easier.
