Job Description

Hiring PPC manager for an MNC having expertise in manufacturing auxiliary equipments to be based in Ahmedabad

Exp- 9-12 yrs

CTC-7-10 LPA

Qualification- BE/Diploma- Mechanical/Production/Industrial

Job Purpose:

Duties (Roles and Responsibilities)

Lead PPC function with team of Diploma/Degree engineer/s.
Production Plan & control to ensure delivery as per daily/ weekly/ monthly sales commitment.
Co-ordination with Sales/Application/Purchase/ Production/Assembly/quality/stores & design for delivery as per sales order.
Production order generation in SAP & shortages release for urgent orders & in-time escalation.
ECN implementation & inventory management as per ECN.
Inventory Optimization in Operations through co-ordination with sales/production/stores/purchase.

Skills & Attributes:

Hands on Experience & expertise of Production Planning & Control in assembly plant with in house Fabrication/Paint Shop.
Good Knowledge & experience of ERP/MRP System/processes & functions Preferably SAP-PP/MM Module/SAP B1.
Good experience in Bill of Material/Production Order generation.
Experienced in Co-ordination with Purchase/Production/stores/Quality/sales/Design.
Experience in ECN/PCN co-ordination & implementation.
Knowledge of Fabrication shop/Paint Shop planning, Product cost/Manufacturing cost & Lean manufacturing added advantage.
Good problem solving, Decision making & written/verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

Experience:

10+years of experience in Capital Equipment organization with exposure to various functions as per roles and responsibilities above.
Candidate preferred from Gujarat.
