PPC Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, optimize ad performance, and deliver measurable ROI (Return on Investment). This role requires strong analytical ability, creative ad strategy, and hands-on performance marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize ad reach and relevance.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Lead Generation.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta Ads policies, and Google Ads best practices.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and scale campaigns based on performance.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong expertise in Search Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads, and Retargeting campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking setup.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
