We are hiring for one of our client for PPC Engineer for Bangalore location . Total Experience - 4 to 6 Yrs in PPC CTC - 7 LPA Location - Bangalore (Whitefield) Engineer Material Planning, MES, Job Work & Inventory Coordination Reports To: Senior Engineer PPC Key Responsibilities: A. Material Availability Planning: • Validate MRP outputs and generate RM shortage and excess reports. • Weekly follow-up with Procurement for PO confirmations and critical deliveries. • Maintain short lead time and local supplier visibility. B. MES & Production Order Handling : • Release daily/shift-wise production orders in MES. • Coordinate with Production and Quality team for order completion and system closures. • Monitor WIP stages and support digital tracking. C. Subcontracting & Job Work Management: • Track subcontracting cycles and ensure timely material issue and return. • Monitor yield, consumption, rejection and update in SAP. • Create and maintain subcontractor-wise tracking reports. D. Inventory Control & Management: • Track daily SAP vs physical mismatches, highlight issues to stores and senior engineer. • Participate in daily cycle counts and coordinate resolution of errors. • Ensure correct binning, FIFO adherence and real-time posting of movements. • Analyse SFG/FG excess stock and coordinate liquidation or rework plans. • Maintain part-level lot traceability and help implement JIT inventory practices. E. ECM Support: • Track all ECNs for BOM impact and implementation. • Identify transition inventory for segregation or liquidation. • Ensure proper lot tracking during changeovers.
