Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan production control activities to improve timely delivery as per schedule.
Zero missed schedule through schedule Vs dispatch monitoring.
Daily Monitoring of MIS, Production Plan , Dispatch Plan , Customer Requirements, Plant Inventory.
Plan, schedule and monitor material movement to ensure continuous operations.
Control & Manage Transportation for on time delivery.
Align all team members for team work with purchase, store, production and maintenance.
Monitor Daily production Activity , Rejection Meeting , Dispatches .
Advance Plan to Purchase & HR for align Raw material & Manpower accordingly .
Analysis of Production Vs RM Consumption , as per Bom.
Prepare Skill matrix & Competency of stage wise
Proper Documentation & Readiness for IATF Audit.
Customer Schedule Vs Production Vs Dispatch , MIS , Customer Rolling plan monitoring daily basis.
SAP related worked (Production Order Completion,Rm Working, Inventory RM ,WIP, FG )
Responsible to increase productivity.
Handling Internal Audit, Customer Audits, IATF Audits.
Devlopment Working Impovement in New model & Exiting model , price updating , part code creating .
Machine Efficiency & planned to Increase productivity with help of all team member .
Monitoring FIFO and 5‘S’, Participate in TPM and KAIZEN activity.

Qualification and other requirements:

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma
Experience: 4-6 Years
