As a PowerBI Consultant at our Bangalore site, you will leverage your 6-8 years of experience in PowerBI system administration and infrastructure management to ensure the optimal performance and availability of PowerBI infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring SLA-based performance and availability of PowerBI infrastructure - Optimizing performance and cost efficiency of PowerBI dashboards - Leading initiatives for cost optimization, capacity planning, and scaling of PowerBI infrastructure - Collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues - Sharing BI design knowledge within the community - Optimizing DAX queries and reviewing/optimizing BI reports - Maintaining technical documentation To excel in this role, you must have a strong expertise in PowerBI architecture, performance tuning, and debugging dashboards. Proficiency in DAX queries, PowerBI administration, capacity analysis, and optimization is essential. Your success will depend on being self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and possessing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations for infrastructure improvements is also required. Hands-on experience with monitoring and optimizing PowerBI capacities, debugging and provisioning, as well as working with Microsoft Support to troubleshoot and resolve PowerBI-related issues are crucial for this role.
