PowerApps Tester

As a Software QA Analyst Engineer in the competitive Information Technology industry, you will utilize your resourcefulness, innovation, and flexibility to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems. With over 4 years of experience in Software Testing, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of STLC and SDLC by proficiently writing and executing test cases and scenarios. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, including Customization, Service, Sales, Security modules, and Power Platforms, will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include various types of testing such as Functional, UI, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Re-testing, and API testing using tools like Postman. Being a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also have hands-on experience with Defect Tracking Tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, as well as proficiency in databases like Dataverse. In this role, you will work closely with Software Developers and Project Managers to streamline requirements, prepare test scenarios, and execute test cases. You will play a key role in System Test Plan Preparation, defect logging, and tracking using tools like Jira Zephyr. Your daily responsibilities will include attending stand-up status calls, creating functionality-related documents, and conducting various types of testing including UI, Usability, Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing. Furthermore, you will test Power Automate Flows, PowerBI Dashboards, PowerApps Portal, and Model Driven Apps. Your tasks will include creating users, providing security roles, business units, and teams through the Security Module. Additionally, you will examine existing IT systems and business models, ensuring regular data backups are maintained. Your role will involve working in an Agile environment, where continuous testing, end-to-end testing, defect life cycle management, and localization will be part of your routine tasks. Your proficiency in manual testing skills, compatibility testing, performance testing, and software quality assurance will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions.,
