PowerApps Specialist

Role Overview: As a PowerApps Specialist, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining PowerApps applications that are customized to meet specific business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to create user-friendly tools aligned with operational goals, particularly focusing on the needs of field sales and engineering teams. Integration with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint will be essential to streamline workflows. Additionally, you will utilize Power BI to produce data-driven dashboards and reports supporting decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps applications tailored to business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tools are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with operational goals. - Understand the specific needs of field sales and engineering teams to create relevant and easy to use solutions. - Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, to streamline workflows. - Utilize PowerBI to create data-driven dashboards and reports that support decision-making and maintenance of content. - Ensure all deliverables are well-structured, documented, and meet high-quality standards. - Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to convey ideas, gather requirements, and provide training or support. Qualifications Required: - PowerApps Development experience with Canvas, Model-driven apps, custom connectors, and automation. - Proficiency in User Experience (UX) & UI Design for Apps. - Understanding of Business processes, particularly in Field Sales & Engineering workflows. - Knowledge of Power Automate. - Ability to integrate Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint with PowerApps. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data handling, formulas, and integration with PowerApps. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations, training, and documentation. - Excellent English Communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience in collaboration with Stakeholders and gathering requirements. - Demonstrated Creativity & Problem-Solving abilities in designing impactful solutions. (Note: Certification in Microsoft Power Platform, such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400, is preferred to validate expertise in PowerApps development and integration, providing an added advantage.)
