Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to identify requirements and design solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. 2. Lead the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design specifications, and technical standards. 4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure solutions are developed according to best practices and design standards. 5. Work with stakeholders to prioritize feature requests, define project scope and timelines, and manage project risks and issues. 6. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance of the solutions. 7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem. Mandatory skill sets: Hands on experience of implementation, customization and integration on - 1. Power Apps Canvas Development 2. Power Apps Model driven app development 3. Power Automate 4. Power BI Preferred skill sets: 1. Certificates in Power Apps, Automate, BI. 2. Work ek in low-code no-code app development6 Education qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2. At least 5 years of experience in software development, including 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform 3. Strong experience in developing and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI 4. Experience in leading development teams and providing technical leadership and mentorship 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other related technologies is a plus 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously 8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
