Power Platform Engineer

As a Power Platform Developer at our fast-growing IT services and digital transformation consultancy, you will be involved in designing, building, and deploying model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps, Dataverse, and custom connectors. Your responsibilities will include automating complex workflows with Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs, and creating interactive dashboards and paginated reports in Power BI. You will also be developing reusable components, PCF controls, and Azure Functions to extend platform capabilities and improve performance. Implementing ALM best practices such as source control in Git, solution packaging, and automated pipelines in Azure DevOps will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements, conduct UAT, and provide post-go-live support will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in production environments. - Proficiency in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors, Azure Functions, and PCF control development. - Solid understanding of relational data modelling, SQL Server, and integration patterns (REST, OData). - Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to Power BI report development and DAX optimization. - Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certification (PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204).
