Role Overview

Power Platform Developer

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge low-code automation and AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy solutions using
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)
and
Power Automate
.
Build and integrate
AI Builder
models for tasks such as form processing, sentiment analysis, and predictions.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with
Dynamics 365 CRM
and
SharePoint
.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain
automated workflows
, approval processes, and custom business logic using
Power Automate
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, infrastructure, and business units.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

4–9 years
of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
Strong proficiency in
Power Apps
,
Power Automate
, and
Dataverse
.
Hands-on experience using
AI Builder
for form recognition, classification, prediction, etc.
Integration experience with
Dynamics 365 CRM
and/or
SharePoint Online
.
Understanding of
Power Platform governance
, security roles, and DLP policies.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance and functional issues.
Experience working in agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
