Joining the team means having the freedom to develop personally and collaborate with international colleagues to create your growth path. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support for Copilot Studio, including platform infrastructure and AI agent functionality. - Execute standard support activities and operational controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance support processes. - Participate in rotational shifts to ensure business hours coverage and join an on-call rotation for high-priority incidents. - Administer Power Platform environments, focusing on Copilot Studio agent operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues within defined SLAs. - Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and maintain documentation. - Monitor platform health and report on performance metrics for continuous improvement. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5+ years in technical support roles. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. - Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents. - Understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, and security. - Experience with Azure AD, Dataverse, and M365 Admin Center. - Knowledge of ITSM tools and SLA-driven operations. - Clear understanding of Incident, Change & Problem Management processes. **Soft Skills:** - Enthusiasm for learning new technologies. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities. - Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently. - Comfortable with shift-based work and on-call responsibilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate. - ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience. - Prior experience managing Copilot Studio or chatbot platforms.,
