WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Manage and maintain Azure-based infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and security Advance M365 and Azure feature adoption around data governance, compliance, cataloging, retention, etc Migrate local infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions such as Azure Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Azure solutionsDevelop and maintain automation scripts using tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for Azure environments Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their suitability for the nVents infrastructure needs Provide technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex infrastructure issues and outages YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration, with a focus on Azure Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Security, Azure ARC, and Azure DevOps Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Ansible Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowershellAbility to communicate with clarity and simplicity on technical and non-technical matters spanning from strategy through to executionExcellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for self and teamStrong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to lead & influence cross functional and multinational teams Preferred Skills: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and other Microsoft CoPilot applicationsUnderstanding of W365 and other VDI platforms
